Sunday Brunch Club is back! Enjoy freshly made gourmet jaffles and breakfast cocktails featuring local Tasmanian produce. You can opt to dine-in (majority of tables are outdoor) or takeaway when you buy your brunch pack. Bookings are highly recommended.

Brunch Packages:

*Deluxe Brunch Club $30 - includes a cocktail and jaffle of your choice and a tea or coffee

*Special Brunch Club (non-alcoholic) $16 - includes a Tasmanian cold-pressed juice and jaffle of your choice.

Both packages are available for dine-in or as a takeaway pack. Individual items will be available for purchase during the event.

Chefs Special - Scrambled eggs with Truffle oil and baby spinach

‘This Little Piggy went to Market' - Bacon, triple cream brie and cranberry sauce

‘Haloumi, said the Vegetarian to the Mirror' - Mushroom, haloumi, onion and vodka jam (vegetarian)

‘Lamington French Toast’ - Chocolate sauce, raspberries soaked in New Norfolk Distillery Lamington Liqueur and coconut sprinkled over french toast.

Nan’s Apple Pie - Tasmanian cloudy Apple juice with dutch spiced cookie liqueur

Jovian Sea Snapper - dry gin, tomato juice and spices

lce lce Coffee Baby - raspberry coffee liqueur with a shot of espresso, a drizzle of cream and fresh raspberries

Derwent Dawn - three plum gin with Elderflower sparkling juice

Tasmanian-made teas, coffees, non-alcoholic sparkling and cold-press juices will also be available
