Boozy Lamington Sundae

A quick, easy to assemble dessert that would be perfect for a spring garden party or sweets for the whole family (substitute the Lamington Liqueur with sweetened elderflower syrup for an alcohol-free version). 

Ingredients
30ml New Norfolk Distillery Mos Australis Lamington Liqueur
2 scoops Vanilla bean ice-cream
5 Fresh strawberries, cut in halves or quarters
Shaved chocolate
Shaved coconut, lightly toasted


Method
Assemble the ice-cream, fruit, chocolate and coconut in a bowl (we used edible waffle cups coated in chocolate for extra fun)

Drizzle the lamington liqueur over the ice-cream

Dig in and enjoy!
