Hartshorn Distillery's Sheep Whey Gin infused with rare Australian botanicals is a truly unique spirit. Take a sip and you'll notice petal and citrus aromas with a hint of freshly cut hay. It's vapour-infused with 6 Native Australian botanicals, 3 of them never used before in any other gin, creating a delicate and subtle bouquet.

Gin Society expert Ash Turner suggests not adding tonic to this gin, as this soft and delicate gin would be lost. If you are going to mix it he suggests soda or just drinking it over ice.

Hartshorn Distillery is a Tasmanian micro distillery making boutique batches of Vodka and Gin from their own sheep whey. They are the first in the world to create this unique product, which has a delicately sweet bouquet and extremely smooth finish, thanks to the dairy influence and traditional ageing methods.
