New Norfolk Distillery is anchored in the Derwent Valley and is one of Tasmania’s first rum-focused distilleries in over 150 years. This silver spirit is distilled on-site at their distillery, using Grade A molasses and hydrated with pristine Tasmanian mountain spring water. It’s a fresh, floral spirit that is smooth enough to sip neat, chillled, or use in cocktails.
It was also named one of Australia's best rums in the 2019 national Drink Easy Awards.
40% ABV. Available as 700ml or 200ml bottles.
