New Norfolk Distillery's ready-to-pour cocktail was inspired by a hiking trip through Mt. Field National Park at the turning of the Fagus (in Autumn every year). A contemporary Tasmanian take on the classic Old Fashioned, the blend of spices, hickory smoke and sweet maple syrup is smooth and warming.
One customer described this cocktail “like bacon roasting over the campfire”.
Best served chilled or over a large block of ice, garnished with a sprig of rosemary or thyme.
