New Norfolk Distillery’s very popular Dutch Cookie Liqueur is an ode to the founding family's heritage - “Voor Vader” translates to “For Dad”.
The notes of cassia, nutmeg and clove in the liqueur evoke Speculaas, the traditional Dutch Cookies enjoyed at Christmas.
Enjoy this liqueur as an after-dinner nip, or mix it into a hot mug of cocoa topped with whipped cream for an indulgent nightcap. Also delicious mixed with cloudy Tasmanian apple juice in a tumbler of ice.
