Taste the Australian bush itself with Wild Pepper Isle's Bush Jelly - a trio of Tasmanian quince, pepperberry and lemon myrtle.  Bush Jelly combines bush spices with a traditional quince jelly.

Pepperberry is from Tasmanian temperate rainforests and adds richness, complexity and a vibrant red colour to the quince jelly. Australian native Lemon myrtle makes this jelly oooh sooo lemony! Quinces come from backyards around Hobart through the company's Urban Harvest Project. You can’t get much more local than that. 

Suggested ways to enjoy your Bush Jelly:

  • As part of a cheese platter

  • Use it like you would cranberry jelly – the crisp fresh flavour cuts through cold meats beautifully, or adds a fragrant fresh dimension to a ham glaze.

  • Stir it through yogurt, porridge, desserts,

  • Use in a marinade base

  • Mix with olive oil and a pinch of salt to make a vibrant sweet salad dressing
